2.2 One Account Only
Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in suspension of all related accounts and cancellation of bonuses.
2.3 Accurate Information at Registration
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information will result in account cancellation. If your information changes, contact us immediately.
2.4 Account Verification
fgy99 may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, etc.) at any time. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be restricted.
Account Management
3.1 Password & Security
Keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. fgy99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from use of your account by a third party.
3.3 Prohibited Activities
- Selling, transferring, or renting your account
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Money laundering or fraudulent activities
- Bonus abuse or exploiting system errors
- Demeaning or threatening other users
Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit. Exceptional cases will be reviewed by the support team.
4.4 Transaction Rejection
fgy99 reserves the right to reject any suspicious transaction. Relevant authorities may be notified in cases of fraudulent activity.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at fgy99 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳20,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (wagering applies to the bonus only, not the deposit). Example:
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offers page.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
5.4 VIP Program
fgy99's VIP membership is divided into three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active play.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Rules
All bets placed at fgy99 are considered final. A bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. If a large bet is unintentionally accepted due to a technical error, fgy99 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
6.2 Result Disputes
For sporting events, the result announced by the relevant authority is considered final. In the event of any dispute, the decision of fgy99 is final.
6.3 System Errors
fgy99 is not responsible for any winnings or losses resulting from a technical issue or system error. Transactions found to involve an error may be cancelled.
6.4 Game Integrity
fgy99 is committed to fair play. All games are operated by a neutral algorithm (RNG). Any suspicion of collusion or manipulation by a player will be investigated.

Limitation of Liability
fgy99 is not liable for the following:

- Transaction delays caused by the failure of a third party (payment service provider)
- Virus or hacking incidents on the user's own device
- Force majeure — natural disasters, government orders, war, etc.
In the event of any loss, fgy99's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the actual balance held in the user's account.
Account Suspension or Closure

fgy99 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Suspicion of money laundering
- Use of false identity information
- Operating multiple accounts
9.2 User Rights
You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any balance in your account before closing it. Contact our support team to voluntarily close your account.
